Welcome to Weald Harness Club

The Weald Harness Club was formed in 1977 in the Weald area of Kent.

Our members come from all around Kent and East Sussex and enjoy various activities with their horses, ponies and donkeys. We organize pleasure drives, showing shows, horse driving trials and socials so come along and join us. Don't have a driving horse or pony?No matter, grooms and helpers are always welcome -
we look forward to meeting you.

Club news

  • The Quiz

    Well done to 'The Tootlers' who won the Weald Harness Club Quiz held at Hurst Green on Saturday 19th November. The team of six was made up of Ian and Cass Barlow, Len and Lynne Coward and Sally and Kim O'nion closely followed by runners up 'The GG's'. Seven teams took part with 37 participants tackling questions set by our Chairman Ian Collings and a good evening was had by all, with the quiz being followed by a supper of Ploughman's or Sausage and Mash. Many thanks to everyone for their support and to all the willing helpers when it came to clearing up time!! Full results on the Results page.
